Shipping

We ship UK only at this stage, via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is £3.95.

• We're currently in the pre-order phase: orders are typically dispatched within 14 days. If your order is going to take longer, we'll email you.
• You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch. And in the unlikely event we can't fulfil your pre-order at all, you'll receive a full refund.
• Once dispatched, Royal Mail takes a further 2–3 working days to deliver.
• We'll email you when your order is on the way.
• We do not ship outside the UK at this stage.

Returns & the 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, with a further 14 days to return the item to us. The item must be unworn and have its original tags attached.

To start a return, email hello@acek-london.co.uk with your order number. We will reply with the return address.

• Return postage is at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty.
• We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds cover the full purchase price including the original outbound shipping charge.

If anything's wrong with your order, email hello@acek-london.co.uk and we'll sort it. Faulty-item returns are at our cost.
