Orders

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Your order is an offer to buy at the price shown. A contract is formed when we send you an order-confirmation email; until that point we may refuse the order if an item is out of stock or if there's a pricing or description error on the site.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we'll refund any payment taken in full.

Items sold on pre-order are charged at the time of ordering and are typically dispatched within 14 days. If dispatch is going to take longer we'll email you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch, and if we are unable to fulfil a pre-order for any reason you'll receive a full refund.

Cancellation, returns & faulty items

Your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the process for returning items, and what happens if something arrives faulty are all set out on the shipping & returns page. Those terms form part of this agreement.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any order is capped at the price you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, opportunity, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
