What's the cap made of? +
100% cotton twill. Five-panel construction with a lightly structured front panel that holds shape without going stiff. Pre-curved peak (no break-in), stitched ventilation eyelets, and a self-fabric strap with metal tri-glide buckle on the back. Finished with an Acek London inner tag.
What size is it? +
One size, adjustable. The five-panel shape gives ergonomic balance across most head shapes. The tri-glide strap fine-tunes the fit without restrictive fastening.
How does it ship and how long does it take? +
Royal Mail standard from the UK, £3.95. Orders typically ship within 2-3 working days, then take another 2-3 working days to arrive. We'll email you when yours is on the way.
Can I return it if it's not right? +
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving it to tell us you want to return it, and 14 more to send it back, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The cap needs to be unworn with tags attached. We refund the full price including original outbound shipping. Email hello@acek-london.co.uk to start a return.
How should I care for it? +
Spot-clean with a damp cloth. If it really needs more, hand-wash cold and air-dry. Don't machine-wash; the structured front panel can deform.
